Cafe Mach question
Are you referring to cafe mocha or macchiato? The cafe mocha has more of a chocolate taste machiatto is more caramel and stronger coffee. I prefer mocha but love both.- markimar

I found the same all my fruit juices smooth with age. Which I like. Other types of juice get strong or more pronounced with age but fruits smooth out. Not to say they get weaker just less harsh.- markimar

I'm glad I started this thread. It seems to be pretty wide spread. I'm gonna get some d3 and something to boost metabolism. The diet I was on was based on glycemic index and was a lot of veggies. But it started costing so much just to eat lettuce at 3.00 a bag which I went through one and 1/2...- markimar

Judybr, I thought it was just me being tired all the time. Granted Im recovering from having a blood count that was half of the norm. Which probably accounts for a lot of my weight gain cause I was so weak for about 5 or 6 months that I was too weak too make food let alone get any excersize. I...- markimar

Cleaning your atty - dark, delicious juice
I use carto no attys for me but Im finding caramel favoring, cafe mocha (one of my top 5) and dark liquids do clog my carto quicker. Light colored and fruit juices last a week for me compared to 2 to 3 days on dark liquid. But ill be damned if I'm give up my caramel popcorn and cafe mocha! I...- markimar

Well I don't feel alone then. Why is it so easy to put it on. And twice as hard to get it off? This Florida heat just makes it unbearable to do anything outdoors. But this weight thing has GOT to change its killing my back and I'm sick of this! :)- markimar

Or am I the only one that's blimped out since quoting? I weigh more than ever in my life!
