Thanks for another great music history lesson, Kitty! :toast:
I never cared for their music...but LOVED their crazy slap-stick show on TV. I was just a weee Lad then. Man...how time flies.
Excellent post! :)

Wow...now that looks like a really cool place! I love the old nostalgic settings like that. Perfect for Thanksgiving too... ;) St. Augustine here in Fl. has a lot of cool old places like that too.
Nice! :)

Wow Count...those are very nice! Adds a home-made touch to the tree, which is fantastic. One of our activities this week is making ornaments with our Grandson. He wants to make a "Transformers" tree ornament! That should be...interesting! I can just imagine a crude Optimus Prime...
Very Cool, Redd!
My Mom made a few shirts for my Dad too and he always wore them when we were out performing....the ones with the fringe across the shoulders. I remember one she did with an eagle feather design on each shoulder. VERY nice work too!
BTW... HELLO EVERYONE! I hope you're all...
Hello Everyone!
I had a little free time to hit the Studio today for a few hours and pop in to say Hello to everyone! I'll be working on some interesting material today... ;)
Have a fantastic day and i hope everyone is OK!

Hi Friends!
First off...I hope everyone is enjoying the Contest! I sure know that I am.. :) I have HOARDS of relatives and Friends arriving from out of town Monday the 24th and my house will be full of joy and racked nerves by the time it's over with. Sooo..it might be a little hard...

Hi Vwls!
Good to see you here in the Contest. And what a fantastic story that was! I truly enjoy having these Contests! Sure, I want people to see and enjoy my Art Drip Tips but that's not all. I do them for the amount of human element that's added to these threads. Sure, we're all vapers...
Oh yea! Good stuff...
I remember staying up wired on Reeses Cups and Mountain Dew ....with friends playing that and "Breakout" until the wee hours of morning. We'd have the TV so low we could hardly hear it...so we wouldn't get yelled at.

OMG! Do I remember that one... "yapyapyapyapyapyap..BOOP! yapyapyapyap..BOOP! bewbewbewbew BOOP! bewbewbew"... Yep..I've put many a quarter in that machine before.

Hey Liblue!
Great...I love it. The commercials (and TV shows) of yesteryear had sooo much thought, substance and morality to them. Everything nowadays seems riddled with too much slapstick comedy, "Reality" crap... or no real plot at all. I DO however...LOVE the Suburu "Dog" commercials...
Greetings Mortals!
Behold! The Mystic Hath conjured new color selections to his Color Cauldron for your liking... including the elusive Tiger's Tale!
You can PICK YOUR OWN SHAPE AND COLORS from a vast selection within my Apothecary! So Shall it Be...

Good one, Count! :toast:
Lego has definitely stood the test of time with kids.....kind of like Playdoh has. My 3 year old Grandson is absolutely bonkers about "Lego Man" and the vast plethora of Lego sets. I think now he's starting to move towards the "Transformers" stage though...
