New EGO TANK system.
Thought I'd chime ine.. An eGo puts out around 3.2V even on a full battery after its PWM has stabilised to about an 85% duty. Equates to a 75% power increase at 4.1V.- Stonemull

My first (only) ego-T was great for an hour, then a blob of juice in my mouth .. happened whenever the tank was about a quarter full or so, occasionally leaked into the battery. Same as I mentioned in the ego tank thread, grind off the atty skirt if all else fails, might be hard to claim warranty though :) -

I have done this on an ego type B atty .. grind the bottom off the atty skirt, I used a bench grinder but it took a little while, amount varys according to mod of course as some 510 connectors stick out more than others. But the skirt section is not part of the tank and can be removed. If you... -

#3797 here :) I'm wondering if anyone has tried the ProVari with a LiFePo4 cell, the discharge curve looks fine for such a device. I tried searching the thread for info but to no avail. -
Burnt taste with all my attys
Its not poly, seems to be glass fibre, removed some a while back and heated it with a cigarette lighter, after it got red hot it melted to a fibre with a ball of glass on the end.- Stonemull

I have tryed several other ways of handling this .. all fail. My dealer told me that I would need to contact Imeo directly. The evidence is in the photos, O rings do not seal on threads, I have posted information by some O ring manufacturers. I do not want a refund as I want a working AVS... -

sorry Imeo, but it is a big deal. This is 100% a manufacturer error, if not it is a design flaw. An airtight seal does not have a groove cut in it. An o ring is not designed to fill in grooves like that. It will also deteriorate on screwing and unscrewing on a sharp surface. How can you claim... -

all AVS's are the same !! Why would you thread the seal where the O ring seats ? What is the point of having an o ring when it is not going to seal as there is no surface to seal against. Admittedly jamming thread tape on there may fix the leak, but for the 'perfect' mod it is not the correct... -
