    So true. I DIY and the unflavored nic bse is the biggest part of that. I have no intentions of going to 0 nic. We can't let the FDA take it away. Like you say, the people smoking cigarettes who might be on the fence or thinking about starting to vape might not even get the chance.

    Yes but probably too costly to synthesize. And here's one sentence from the proposed deeming: "FDA is seeking comment in this proposed rule as to how e-cigarettes should be regulated based on the continuum of nicotine-delivering products." ....
