    will do......but it gets me thinking......maybe my pinches are not big enough. my pinches are usually just larger than a grain of rice...one pinch like that for each nostril. i read that the average pinch size should be about the size of a pea....is that true?

    well....i think if mastered pinching and sniffing snuff. 9 out of 10 times i get a perfect pinch and inhale in both nostrils evenly and it sits nicely in my nose. pinching is much easier than the bullet...for me anyways

    my nose feeling a bit tender and raw and a little bloody and . ok this is what im doing: take a nice pinch in each nostril.....about 5 minutes later take another pinch in each nostril. blow nose when it gets runny about 10 -15 minutes later am i overdoing it?

    ive had 3 portions of skruf original and i have not yet tasted any bergamot...i taste something along with the tobacco but i dont know what it is.....i dont think its rose oil unless its nothing like a rose sent. tastes good tho...i like it alot
