    I find sometimes if the polyfill sticks to the atty or if you experiment a lot of the time, there is a chance that some filler material gets stuck under the atty bridge. I can't think of any cleaning method that gets this unstuck short of picking it out yourself with a paper clip. It's amazing...

    I've seen this method a few times over the forums. I think the design of the two holes and plastic tops were meant for separating the liquid from the mouth. I guess it's ok as long as all the drips fall onto the atty and don't get stuck on the ledge.

    Did some searching around. The concern here is for aluminium vapor. In order to inhale aluminum it would have to be changed from a solid to a vapor. Basically, the atomizer does not generate anywhere near the heat to melt aluminium. (probably why you're allowed to wrap your turkey with it)

    For version1 I got 12 drops on a 901 cart. It holds about 4 drops at the end so you only get about 8 drops worth. Version 2 adds about 5 drops more. 501 carts can carry about 3 drops more in each case.

    As long as you don't overfill, you won't have a problem. Most users overfill cos they want to get as much liquid in as posssible, so that the session lasts longer. If you're going for the XL carts/catromizer anyway, then you won't have any short sessions, so you won't have the need to overfill ?

    Did you do some kind of mod on the catridge ? Make sure the filler is saturated (two or three drops is not enough) and that it touches the atomizer when inserted.
