I am not sure about 90 day warranty but I know of at least 1 person that contacted cloupor when they had an issue and cloupor sent them another clone free of charge and last I had heard they didn't want the busted one back, not sure if that was true for sure but that's what the guy was saying... -

It looks like you guys are right, the V3 on the real ones from the pics I have looked at, does not have the spaced out V 3. It is right together on the real ones like V3. That is easiest way to tell difference between them. I found a post that looks like someone was most likely sold a fake... -

Also mine is from vapoktekusa and not from wetvapes btw. People need to stop blaming wetvapes. They didn't build it and imo the red/green light deal is not a huge issue. As long as it stops charging when it should. -

Either mine is staying red and I am seeing it through the side of the usb port and it never changes or it still looks red because my mod is red? Also took battery out after it should have been charged for about 6 hours. It's at 4.22 volts. So either its right on the money or slightly over. But... -
