Silver plated most definitely m'lady! I was a doubter at first about any kind of plating but all of my silver GPins have held up beautifully. Cleaning will be so much easier! -

Apparently it's normal. Look back a few posts and you'll see a good explanation of it. Can't say I've ever seen a USB device with the port that loose but it's by design it seems. -

If everyone's bottom button stuck out I'd say it's by design. If it is indeed by design perhaps the buttons were installed in an upside down configuration...which QA should have caught. Wow JP, that blows! Mine was working fine but all of a sudden today it would hit the TP threshold, I let off the button and it'll flash the Temp Protected warning a couple more times. .25 coil @ 10 watts I can't hit it for more than a couple seconds before it starts flashing TP warning. ETA...
