Most of it's listed earlier in this thread.
Scratch on the logo, 3 of the hex head screws on the top were rounded out like they were cranked down on too hard, uneven top plate, marring on the battery covers from someone using too small of a screwdriver to open them, 510 adapter that I had to struggle to screw a Heron onto (the Heron fits any other mod perfectly), some weird behavior with the chip itself.
Also the flimsy feeling USB port, uneven buttons and battery holes that are just too small. Brand new LGHE2's that had to be worked a bit to get them slid in.
If the uneven buttons are "by design" then why are some flask's top button out further and others it's the bottom button that sticks out?
I honestly think I got sent someone else's flask that had been returned. I've never had a high end mod arrive looking like this.
If the flask was sub $150 or a clone then I wouldn't have had any problem...well other than I don't do clones.
I paid for a Porsche and feel like I got a VW

Yeah, for the price paid you should be ooooing and ahhhing at the quality.......Not saying that the Flasks are not quality, but QC definitely should've picked up on these things before it went out the door.....I am just glad Vapinart was able to give you a refund without any hassle! :)

Dude, there's so much potential in this thing! As a box mod hater I loved the feel of the Flask.
If they were to fix all of the issues including the "by design" things I would most definitely give the Flask another chance.

Absolutely. It is a very comfortable mod to use! And I think the DNA 40 with TP has a lot of potential; they just have to get this faulty chip mess under control.... It just really pained me to have to box mine up and send it off, after only having it for less than 24hrs...Oh well, it is what it is. Just gotta wait it out now.....

I 100% agree with this.
When it first came, i wasnt OOOO-ing or AHHHH-ing.. the first thing i saw were marks on the side of the top that didnt clean off,
and small scratches on the bottom and on the the top of the flask...
then the dna board problem...

so im puuting the last ounce of faith in the Flask Team to somehow fix the scratches and the board....without putting more scratches on it..

Hehe, not to mention it went nicely with my bourbon flask! I've been strictly mechs for a long time but wanted to give the TP a shot and see what this DNA thing was all about. I think that holds a lot of potential for juices like GVC that need a lower temp.
The only other regulated mod I've ever used is a Provari...which after 15 months is still going strong. It rarely gets used but when it's called to duty it answers every single time.

i mean if you really think about it, all the hardcore subohming people (.5-.01) should really consider to stop going that low lol.
it makes a crap ton of sense: that amount of temp the coil gets too, vaporizes the liquid and probably creates some other
harmful chemical that we don't even know of yet... i already pitched in my 10$ for that study that's going on to see
what temperatures certain liquids produce harmful chemicals...
my hope is that it inst like 400 degrees because vaping would be completely unsafe because you get hardly no vapor
or flavor from 400 degrees LOL....

Could a Mod/Admin PM me with the steps one goes through to become a "Registered Seller/Vendor"? I know the head of Customer Service over at Vapor Flask and when he tried to create an account and help people out on this thread with their issues, he got banned. I know most people will email directly, but there are a few with issues that just post here without contacting Vapor Flask first.

Thanks

Also for all those that have been complaining about the buttons, look at the video on this page on Evolv's site, linked below. The Vapor Flask in the video has the lower button protruding just like the majority and like how Vapor Flask says they designed them.

Evolv LLC - Shop Now

Of course I am sure some will still not accept that as fact.

They've had my VF for 3 weeks now. I hope it didn't suffer the same fate as yours. If it did, I hope they are as considerate as they were with you. I would just like to hear from them. 3 emails to two different people and no response so far.

Who has it? VF or Evolv? I just sent mine into VF directly this week and am trying to figure out how long it'll take to get back to me....I am hoping for the best and prepping for the worst. If I get it back by xmas I'll be happy....
