Right out of the box you can use any 510 device on the X. You only need the X converter to use the Heron in standard mode or any other 20x1 hybrid atomizer for that matter. If you've got a 510 connection for your Heron you're good to go. If you don't then joo gonna need the X converter... -

Funny, on the Kayfun I'd have to do a full cleaning every other tank of Boba's or I'd get dry hits like a ..... I've been pouring it in this one for awhile now. I can't remember when I re-wicked that last. It still wasn't bad but the wick sticking thru the cotton cap was looking pretty shabby... -

Ouch! :( I got lucky, even the Spheroid on it avoided any damage at all. I've kinda delegated the SSX as a beater because I know it can take any abuse thrown at it. It will make sure my Lux X stays nice and shiny and doesn't suffer the fate that inevitably befalls all of my mods. Then again a... -

My SS X finally hit the pavement this weekend (was just a matter of when). Bourbon, beer, sitting on a picnic table bench, X in my lap, went to get up all of a sudden... There's a scrape on the button and my CI drip tip got a little scuffed. Other than cosmetic it took it like a champ. Thank god... -

I tried the X in 350 mode too and got the same results. To me the X just seems like it was made for the bigger batts. For 350 mode gimme a 2.5 every time :) -
