    I have two orders delivered from USA to Vietnam via USPS, one took 40 days and the other took 45 days, delivery cost is somewhat equal to DHL. I think Fedex, DHL are the most reliable service for international shipping.

    Sure you can, but especially in tobaco flavour, you may not obtain the best taste. Fruit flavour like apple might allow you to vape immediatedly after shaking with good taste, but if you are not in a hurry, with a little patience, time will bring you a best flavour you can experience.

    I usually mix 10% RY4, Aplle... (for example: 1ml fl mix with 10ml vg) with mainly VG, may be less if your choice is PG. Shake and wait for 1-2 weeks for liquid to steep, and enjoy. This has always been a very personal issue. So try 10ml bottles with 5%, 10% and (or) 15%, 20% example before...

    What strength e-liquid do you VAPE?
