We pay up front for these items without knowing quality or how long and when we will get it. Thats pretty fair on our part for putting out in good faith to these companys. Then when there is a problem ( warranty) we still have to pay up front and return the items and then we get new ones sent to us in the slowest/cheapest way possible. If I ran my business this way there would be no business. Guess I`m just getting tired of this crap. Always in the best interest of the supplier and not the customer. Just Sayin.
I have a twist died and they send me a free one along with my new order (250$ free shipping via DHL), although I haven't sent it back. They said I can send it in convenient time in cheapest way. With the fact that they can't afford sending a new replacement alone via EMS or DHL as we did pay for, they are not perfect, but they're good, aren't they?
