    well I stopped smoking and started vaping ( a lot ) I stopped wheezing at night My wife tells me my snoring has decreased by at least 75% My chest has stopped hurting I can breathe much easier I dont know if it is good for you, but I am very sure it is a whole lot better than smoking is.

    I dont honestly care if I ever quit completly Job one was to get off of ciggerettes ( done ) Job 2 was to lower nicotine level, started on 24, now at 16 and planning to move down to 8 Once I am down to low nicotine levels... then I will decide if I want to quit... or just enjoy vaping.

    What level of nicotine are you using?

    I started on 24mg dropped to 16 after 1 month after this next order I am planning to drop to 8mg From 24 to 16 I started mixing juice, lowered it so gradually that I didnt even notice. As I generally vape the same juice... it was easy.
