    Not sure if that battery said variable voltage. I myself started with a regular ego (2 batteries a must) but moved really quickly to vision spinner/ego twist. They ego size variable voltage batteries that have a dial ring in the bottom to change voltage.

    I got a sore tongue on the first day I vaped. Increasing my water intake and vaping from a corner of my mouth switching sides instead in the middle straight to the tongue fixed it for me
