    Week three...why can't I sleep right?

    Try lowering you nicotine in the evening and take benadryl 25-50mg before going to bed. This is a cheap and effective drug for people who have sleep issues. There are better meds available for insomnia but they can are going to require a dr visit. Avoiding caffine in the evening may also help.

    Hey, welcome to ecf! You should look into the ato-mizer from nhaler if attys/cartos will be hard to come by. Its a little advanced but you should be able to get the hang of it pretty quickly.

    A lr atty should give you more th. You could look into a pg/vg blend in high nic with a stronger flavor. Something like cinnacide in 24mg with 80% pg should give a heck of a th (especially if you vaped it on a lr atty). If your vaping on a standard 510 battery I wouldn't use a lr atty though...

    Official Boba's Bounty Review thread

    I purchased 120ml of W.E. with extra flavoring and I like it. The extra flavoring did seem to make it a little thicker imo. I may try to think it down with some pg just for better performance in cartos.
