    makes sense to me...they were partially covering it because of the DOA carto....so maybe if you were only returning that and not the liquid as well, it would have been fully covered

I have met several older ladies that were smoking while i was vaping and told me how much they paid for their MINI ego and ce4...that they weren't using... yes everyone needs to make a living but not at an unreasonable...
