lol, I sure hope so too. Everyone said the innokin SVD was awesome, never had a mod before. I hope it doesn't come all banged up. One good thing is that they do returns :( if that's a good thing...(wondering how much it would cost me to mail something back to Hong Kong) lol

nada, nuthin', zip, zilch, zero.....FT pays for return shipping...if it is DOA...not just cuz you don't like it :)

btw....i'd like to point out that FT offers drop-shipment....so that means you *could* be purchasing from FT and not even know it :)

see...this thread is educational....i *kind of* learned the diff between horizontal/vertical coil cartos and more than i ever wanted to know about FT LOL

In the spirit of this thread, my gripe.

I bought the ego 3 pack of 650mah batts, sometimes they stop charging, most times they do not, its so annoying.. It made me do math, I had to look up battery charging times calculator, but I have no idea if the actual capacity of these batteries, if they are truly 650mah, even more annoying.. They're cheap as %$#@ but work like a dream for 6-8hours, I cant believe how long they last.. So yeah from vape time there 650mah but that charging issue, annoying..

umm dunno on all that..

when I tried to return my carto and the juice.. this was part of the ticket and what they said to me:

Sorry, but do you want to return them for replacements or refund ? And your postage will be partially covered by us since the Juices ' tastes are designed that way, we are sorry about the nonworking atomizers for you though .

Thanks for your reply in advance.

Maybe it's the charger? I have found that cleaning the contacts of the battery and charger helps when the are not charging fully. 6-8 hours on a 650 is pretty good. I order some from them and they said hey were 900, about the same size as a 650 only a little bit taller. 1-2 cm

makes sense to me...they were partially covering it because of the DOA carto....so maybe if you were only returning that and not the liquid as well, it would have been fully covered

NO ONE lets you return juice. Sorry you had the bad experience with the no name juice, but you were admittedly a "newbie" to the juice game. You were very brave to order a no-name juice from an overseas vendor, and more brave than I would have been. I have ordered PLENTY of good ol' American branded juice, for MUCH more $$ and had the same experience. Toss it, save it, PIF. Chalk it up to experience.
At the very least, it got you into exploring DIY.

FT works best for those who have been vaping for at least a couple of months and know the differences of what they are buying. You do have to look closely at the pictures and account for the language barrier, but if you can successfully navigate, there are GREAT deals to be had. For some of us, the hunt is quite fun.

I don't think anyone is trying to shove products down your throat, I think they were trying to be helpful. It is frustrating when a person is trying to be helpful and they get "attitude" in return. We all need to remember that, I think.

they *hopefully* wouldn't resell it!
they would just eat the cost and trash it/write it off as a loss in an act of good customer service.

Yeah but then why pay for the shipping and the whole bit. Better to offer a partial refund and call it done. From a business perspective anyway.

I don't see how they could safely take it back. You could have put anything into it for all they know.

Yeps!! made me wonder too.. dunno. Still.. I plan on just dumping the nasty out.. and hope some baking soda and vinegar will get all of it out.. not sure.. Someone told me to toss it in a draw (forgot who now.. think The Ocelot??.. yes!!!) and to forget about it.. that is will get better.. I just do not see how something that smells like dirty socks can improve.. unless it become ode de boxers.. ugggggg!!!
