lol, I sure hope so too. Everyone said the Innokin SVD was awesome, never had a mod before. I hope it doesn't come all banged up. One good thing is that they do returnsif that's a good thing...(wondering how much it would cost me to mail something back to Hong Kong) lol
nada, nuthin', zip, zilch, zero.....FT pays for return shipping...if it is DOA...not just cuz you don't like it
btw....i'd like to point out that FT offers drop-shipment....so that means you *could* be purchasing from FT and not even know it
see...this thread is educational....i *kind of* learned the diff between horizontal/vertical coil cartos and more than i ever wanted to know about FT LOL
Sorry, but do you want to return them for replacements or refund ? And your postage will be partially covered by us since the Juices ' tastes are designed that way, we are sorry about the nonworking atomizers for you though .
Thanks for your reply in advance.
In the spirit of this thread, my gripe.
I bought the ego 3 pack of 650mah batts, sometimes they stop charging, most times they do not, its so annoying.. It made me do math, I had to look up battery charging times calculator, but I have no idea if the actual capacity of these batteries, if they are truly 650mah, even more annoying.. They're cheap as %$#@ but work like a dream for 6-8hours, I cant believe how long they last.. So yeah from vape time there 650mah but that charging issue, annoying..
umm dunno on all that..
when I tried to return my carto and the juice.. this was part of the ticket and what they said to me:
makes sense to me...they were partially covering it because of the DOA carto....so maybe if you were only returning that and not the liquid as well, it would have been fully covered
I think anyone that sells juice it's a "you bought it, you own it" sorta thing. I've never seen a place that will let you return juices.

NO ONE lets you return juice. Sorry you had the bad experience with the no name juice, but you were admittedly a "newbie" to the juice game. You were very brave to order a no-name juice from an overseas vendor, and more brave than I would have been. I have ordered PLENTY of good ol' American branded juice, for MUCH more $$ and had the same experience. Toss it, save it, PIF. Chalki it up to experience.
At the very least, it got you into exploring DIY.
Exactly!!! I know I wouldn't wanna risk buying a "used" juice...that has a yuckiness factor of 10+I don't see how they could safely take it back. You could have put anything into it for all they know.

they *hopefully* wouldn't resell it!
they would just eat the cost and trash it/write it off as a loss in an act of good customer service.
