I did some serious thinking about it before I had the cajoles to attempt. It actually was quite easy to drill out. Easier than I figured. The center pin kinda wore my fingers out lolz. had to hold it in my fingers and use my dremel. -

My KFL +v2 drilled out is much much better now. I don't feel like I'm trying to drink a thick milkshake through a coffee stirrer. I've tried every 28 guage chimney micro coil from .8 to 1.7. My sweet spot is from .9 ohms to 1.2 ohms for flavor and vapor . Much improved device now . Sent from... -

It's hard to rewick the stock coils, at least for me. Microcoils way easier to rewick roll of 30guage Kanthal is around 8 bucks and organic cotton a couple bucks and 1/16th drill bit as cheap as a dollar or so . Don't need a RDA to use microcoils . Couldn't agree more with the post above . Igo w ($10-12) was my first dripper a few weeks ago and grape ape is fantastic in it.
