I think you meant Hana, rather than illvapes. Their attorney is probably licensed in California. Doubt if Hana actually had to appear to file the suit. -

I understand, but to me the problem really isn't that serious. I just back it off a quarter turn and it works fine. I read somewhere you can buy a different version center post that addresses all the problems. -

No, the problem wasn't the Russian. The problem was with the clear M-tank I put on their earlier today. I filled it from the bottom and that was probably the problem. Some of the tanks can only be filled from the top or they leak. I may try it again and try top filling it, but never gonna... -

As I've said numerous times before, using the Hana Modz hologram sticker on the guts of the clone was just insane, IMHO. -

Since we've now turned to trademark law, why doesn't Hana file for an (emergency) injunction? Seems that way they would prevent shipment of clones until the case is heard. -
