    When inhaling...hold the vaper in your mouth a few seconds before inhaling. Not like a cigarette. The nic gets absorbed though the mouth and nasal passages.

    I was a 2 pad smoker too for longer than your alive....I recommend the Kgo kit...2 batteries. a charger and delivery system...it got me off smokes and it can for you too..Good luck.

    I'd go with the larger battery...more vaping time. Remember to get 2,,,,while one is charging you can vape the other.
