    Stand on end, well, it woulda if I hadn't mounted a cool pink LED sticking out the bottom :) Guess I could remount the LED flush with the square hole. Sounds like a joke: can you put a round LED in a square hole? LOL OKR .. what physical dimensions are necessary?

    Actually, it's no prob at all. You remove the plunger, insert the needle into the fill hole, drip juice into the syringe (I just put in 3ml of Black Licorice from Steve at Sweet-Vapors, yummy), replace the plunger and push slowly.     According to that chart, 1 ft of 24ga only has a total resistance of 0.02567 ohms (negligible loss), unless I read it wrong ??? Maybe I am reading it wrong, but I cannot see where you got your numbers???? Sorry. Alan
