    Update: I will be replacing the 350T regulator with a PWM circuit (when I get some time to work on it). That will extend the battery life about 3 fold, since it will only be running between a 30-50% duty cycle.

    With clear CE2's it works great! You fill it with a syringe thru the original CE2 fill holes. Other types of cartos may be different, I really don't know. Guess you could try, it will break the vacuum, that's for sure :)

    That's a really good point, bet you're right, the over-current protection is kicking in with the TF flames. I am ashamed to admit that I have been setting voltage with no load, just using probes in the atty connector. I will have to open the mods and check voltage levels with a load. Thanks...

    cartos are 2.4 ohm, voltage set at about 5v, pop! with flames, it works fine. So the flames do act differently, perhaps because they do not have the ampacity of the AW's, at least that's what I'm a thinkin'
