I do not have the Lambo, but I do have the Young June 1.5. I use the EMDCC, and the YJ will vape up to the 6V limit with no problems, except the liquid gets to harsh. The YJ also has a sealed battery connection.
About that Amazon Panny 18650. It doesn't look right. Check the link below for what it should be. The other battery and charger, I don't think I'd use that in a LT, as the IMR is what is recommended for safety purposes. I think Panasonic makes the AW.

Don't know for sure what the Duo Pro is. Might be a RN4081.
The nic level might be to high for you. Could also be the menthol. However, lots of people, when they first start vaping, are surprised at how "harsh" a pv can be.

I did a search, and didn't see anything about Celexa and smoking. However, there were some other side effects, such as suicidal thoughts, that would make me think twice about taking it. Do a search on it and see what you come up with.
I've got a Young June Lava Tube 1.5, and use 1.5 ohm cartos on it with no problem. It'll run them all the way up to 6 volts, but the liquids I use find that to hot. And, so do I!

You could try variable voltage. The eGo Twist is probably the least expensive way to try it. Genuine Joye eGo Twists come in 650 and 1000mah. Clones come in other mah. And your current stuff will work with them, as they are 510/eGo battery connections. They are longer than a standard eGo...
It's not BT we have to worry about, as they are getting in the PV business. It's big pharma that will cause the problems, as PVs will take money from their coffers.
