You actually don'y need to seal it at all. Evolv has made the boards water proof (or resistant is probably a better word), for that very reason, since the DNA 30. -

Why is a Provari P3 even a viable choice.
I care more about the size than it only being 20 watts. If it wasn't 23 mm and wasn't taller than the v2.5 I would buy it. What kind of technology these days gets bigger. I too had problems with juice feeding quick enough. What finally worked for me is super fine 200 mesh. Trust me, it wicks insanely fast. 4 wraps of 28 gauge, I cut my wick for the lon at aprox. 40mm x 22mm. Hope that helps... -

He means a more combined singular surface area. Opposed to spread out like in an normal coil a micro coil has more (combined) surface area. So it heats up quicker and more even, like one big coil.
