    In my experience, PCC's are not well made. Mine stopped working the first time I dropped it on the floor. On the other hand, once you get a good ecig batt, it "keeps on runnin". A PCC used to be desirable when ecig batts were weak. IMHO, PCC's are now obsolete. And anyone recommending them...
