    No troubles with customs for me! By the way--if you want to save a bit go with the satin finish--when I ordered mine the wait for black was 2 weeks so I got the satin reluctantly.I'm actually glad I did--it looks great and it's pretty much impossible to scratch it(I haven't!)

    The new hole is bigger--only because the saddle punch makes a specific size hole. A second one the same size as the existing one may be ok.

    I use 50/50--I do find they work ok with their existing very small hole--definitely better with two for me(punched right beside the original one).Someone using a higher PG ratio might not find it necessary although I think it still might work better with a bigger hole.
