    Vapor lock was a problem when we were using thicker plugs and smaller holes. I think it also had something to do with suface tension of the liquid trying to go threw a small hole... balance seems to be the key.. as far as turning it upside down to wet the bridge? No there is no filler the liquid...

    Try cutting the straw down a lil at a time you may have a atty with a high bridge.. if thats the case the bridge may be bowing the plug inward releasing fluid around the sides of the plug instead of the middle..

    Actually I do have complete care... and had to use it once, I drooped it down a flight of concrete stairs coming out of work.. they sent a coffin and I put the pieces in the box 12 days later had a brand new laptop with a extra gig of ram bigger hard drive and some software upgrades.. :D

    Hey Jewls you are close! When I say there are no fillers I mean there is no polly fill or foam in the cart there is just a plug at the top and a straw that supports the plug.. without fillers the carts hold more ejuice and can usally vape the cart till its bone dry.. scotty

    Ive not seen the vapor lock like with the full size plugs... I think the plug being really thin helps alot for some reason alomost like the problum might have been a surface tension problum more then a vacume...

    Cool did you try the H plugs? we have been having really good results with the H cut..I would really like to have a one size fits all no matter if its PG VG or VG/PG combo... scotty
