    It depends on your ratio of PG and VG.. I would start with the middle plug.. if its to much juice go down if its not enough go up....

    Im really not sure how long they will last.. but I can tell you this much Ive been using the same cart same plug for 2 weeks now and no signs of wear what so ever.. I dont even know if it will ever need replacing to be onest.. Btw... shiping is free... there are more charges i pay too...

SFY plugs are about a 1/4" thick.. these are around 1/16" at the most.. its the same material as SFY but I'm using it like I did with the ZFM.. the silicone caps in the ZFM mod are to firm for the bridge to actually penitrate...The plugs I'm...
