    I mostly mouth inhale, but will inhale when I need to be a little more stealth or if I'm having a very quick vape session on break or something. If I'm relaxing with a long sit down vape, I typically don't inhale most of the time.

    The cigarettes actually paralyze the cillia in your lungs... little tiny hair like fuzzy things that move to try to trap and clear out junk. When you stop smoking and those regenerate you'll be able to cough more often and harder to clear out your lungs when you're sick.
