    I do tilapia a lot here. Usually just brush some olive oil on it, then sprinkle some adobo on, and into a hot skillet it goes. Occasionally I'll bread it with panko just for some texture. :)

    Both. On an hourly basis. :-p Naw, it's a blast most days. I work at one of the resort front desks, so I do occasionally have to deal with challenges ... but on the flip side I have the empowerment to be able to come up with some very creative solutions at times. :)

    KK, no comment on my creative editing of the time stamps? :-p Funny thing is, it was easier for me to start with the last number and do the alphabet backwards. My 4th grade teacher insisted on teaching us the alphabet backwards ... to this day I can do it backwards easier than forwards. :-p

    Met my friends at AK and got them in there. Spent some time there and then went off to MK for the Halloween Party. Exhausted. Been a long couple of days ... including a meet up at Orlando's local vape store. I was with MOV on opening day in spirit. :)
