About 4 hours. Heh, and it was about 12 hours ago from your post that I was trying to fall asleep. Cursed insomnia. But I managed to get an early release from work, so I'm home and relaxing now. Big ol' cup of iced coffee and a CE3 full of MOV's Orange Creamsicle.
I'm very picky when it comes to salmon. I tend to prefer the flakier whiter fish myself. There's a place down the street from me that makes an amazing Mahi Piccata. I could eat it practically every day.
I am making a salmon salad for dinner with a honey mustard dressing I'll make from greek yogurt. I don't love salmon, but it is awfully good for you! I like Tilapia better.

I do tilapia a lot here. Usually just brush some olive oil on it, then sprinkle some adobo on, and into a hot skillet it goes. Occasionally I'll bread it with panko just for some texture.
I may have to stop by some day when I visit Bristol (old homestead), but you're still a bit out of the way.
