    Soaking in Vinegar?

You might want to try the vinegar and then add a few drops of lemon juice to neutralize the vinegar then rinse well with hot water.

    What do you tell people?

When asked I simply tell them it is advertised as an electronic cigarette. Then they usually say one of two things; either "Oh, I've heard about them" or "Does it work?". I then take the time to explain everything I can about them and 9 times out of 10 they really are interested. Whether they...

End of the Quit Smoking Resolution!

Ditto! I did enjoy smoking although it did interfere with so many things over the 36+ years I had the habit. Now I'm the same way with vaping, I really enjoy a good vape all day long, but now I don't miss anything because I vape everywhere and anywhere (stealth if necessary). I've got my nic...

    Capping cartos

I always cap both ends and stand them upright (batt connection end down). I alternate between 5 or 6 flavors one/two days each.

    Soaking in Vinegar?

After reading another post, I put some baking soda inside my atty then poured in a little white vinegar. It foams up and does seem to clean the atty and the baking soda does neutralize the vinegar. After pouring in more vinegar (a few drops at a time) until the baking soda was gone I put in a...

More than 2 years of vaping and I'm in vaping heaven once again...

36+ years at 2 packs a day and I was one of the fortunate ones who quit smoking instantly in November of '09 with my first e-cig - a KR808D-1. After my first week I ordered my 510 kit and have built a few mods and vaping at 3.7 volts with the 510 attys ever since. They didn't have cartos for...

2 Years have come and gone...

2 years ago I purchased an 8' Fisher plow for my truck ($4k) and have been able to splurge a little here and there too.

2 Years have come and gone...

At 11:35 a.m. (EST) on November 7th 2009 I put together my first e-cig, a KR808D-1 as I put out my my last cigarette. I took one vape and remember saying "wow" as I almost could not believe how good it tasted. I then put my pack of cigs in a drawer and have not touched a single cigarette since...

    TSA and the Ecig FAQ

Well, I went to and from DC on US Airways and nobody blinked an eye at what I had with me. I had all the stuff in the below picture in my carry-on luggage (only luggage I had with me). I also took my Eclipse Mints tin apart and put inside my luggage. As soon as I got through security and to...

    TSA and the Ecig FAQ

I know there's a bit of a risk, but as you say there is nothing illegal and worse case is I'll have to show and explain what everything is. I'm also taking a Nico Stick along for backup just in case. If for some unknown reason they take my tin, I'll just make another one when I get back. I'll...

    TSA and the Ecig FAQ

Glad I found and read all 17 pages of this thread. I hardly ever fly but have to go from Providence to Washington National and back this week and plan on taking everything in my carry on and my "Eclipse Mint" tin mod with 18650 in my shirt pocket. I'll follow up in a few days after my trip...

Atomizer (510) Cleaning with Denture Cleaner (w/Pictures)

I just happened to catch this post this morning and I think it's great. You've covered every detail and answered any possible questions. I got the idea from another member actually, but it really does work and is still the only method that continues to work for me. Great Job!

5+ Months of 510 atty cleaning...

With over 9,000 views I'm hoping that others have tried this Polident Tablet method with success. It is still the same method I continue to use and it works well for me. It's been over 13 months analog free and I am still winning my battle.

Need some help and some advice

That's great news! Well, in a good way. Hopefully all will be good now and you can continue vaping and still try different mixes of juice/VG until you find something that doesn't have any effect on you with the lowest nicotine level and you can enjoy it. Happy for you.

Need some help and some advice

Well, you can go to your local WalMart and get the HUMCO brand vegetable glycerine (which is USP - Pharmaceutical grade). It would be in the pharmacy section with the hand lotions, and if you can't find it just ask the pharmacist where it is (that's how I found it). I now get my VG from...
