    Cheapest way would be to order some PG and VG to thin it with. Water doesn't really work (though users who use VG only thin it with a bit of water). You'll lose some flavor, though.

    Thanks a lot for all your suggestions and good ideas. It really does seem theres no direct route to buyuing pure VG here. I've sent a cpl of emails to a cpl of chemical manufacturers. Maybe they'll sell me some.
