I suggest this experiment... burn some cotton and burn some rayon... rayon smells like paper since it is made from tree/bamboo cellulose the cotton... well you be the judge :) here is a link to a further discussion of the subject Rayon...

Yea, I skipped over the KGD and went right to the cellucotton (the KDG was out of stock when I went looking for some), even boiled in distilled water I found my organic cotton to have a slight "flavor", this stuff (cellucotton) didn't even need any preprocessing and has a very "neutral" flavor...

This may have been said before: Regarding the adjustable 510 on the '32 if you've any old Protanks laying around, just take the little whitish seat/seal/gasket that is used on the coils and put it under the screw... It will help prevent it from spinning so easily... HTH After rereading the...

:offtopic: I've got to interject this: I just tried a wick of the CelluCotton and all I can say is OMG, if you've not tried this? I heartily recommend/endorse it! :) It wicks quicker that a bolt of lightening and imparts; IMHO, absolutely no added taste to my juice as cotton sometimes can... As...

There was a request for more pics, and I just couldn't leave her home alone, so I had to bring her to the office to meet my friends... lol. Loving this thing, I think that there may be something intangible with this mod? I've never loved an inanimate object as much; nor have I ever felt the love...

I have to admit... as cool as the REO is... the dibi (Oliver) is on a whole different plane! The squonk hole placement is outstanding IMHO and as we all have heard (and some of us have experienced) the mod is at the top o' the heap in the BF mech world; the silver is a mighty worthy upgrade and...

It should be quite straightforward. The dims of the 20 vs. 30 are the same... All you really need to be able to do well is solder. :) YMMV

Just back from a week of being unplugged in the OBX, NC... So far... we have had Ivory lists, atty lists and lists for the sake of lists... not to mention a discussion of the merits of Damascus steel vs. something I can't pronounce... a dibi redesign (or 2) Mundy on the mend (yea!) BTW I haven't...

I have to agree with the contention that folks with issues will post sooner than those without... To address the failure rate, I have been a computer professional for 25 years and in my experience the avg. failure rate for electronic components is closer to 10% 1 in 10 NOT 1 in 30? Unless, of...

Sooo Rossum; what are your thoughts on this? My full black XPV from Jan '14 is working fine with the original 510 but a floating pin option is sure to allow all atties moving forward to work? What do you think the voltage drop is regarding a fixed center pin vs. a floating one? My KFL+ doesn't...
