They hold a little more than the standard bottles. I don't know how much; I've never measured them. But it's not 8.5ml. There are a couple YouTube videos about setting them up initially. I do mine by filling them up about 3/4 full with hot water. Then pinching the tube, and pumping the bottle...

The P67 does not come with the 8.5ml bottle. It comes with the standard 6ml one. Personally, I love the 8.5ml soft squonk bottles. But they have to be set up properly, or the caps will leak. Once properly set up, they're great.

My two P67s are from the first run. The inserts are wood, and the buttons were not spring assisted. I've since upgraded to the spring assisted buttons. I was having some button sticking issues before. But none since I installed the newer spring assisted ones. As for the inserts, I've had no...

It's not a matter of purity. The presence of nickel and chromium aren't impurities. They are components of the metal. 316L is used in surgical implants. Artificial joints, stents, and other medical parts are made of 316L. Kanthal and nichrome is used in toasters, electric stove elements, and...

316L SS is about 14% nickel. The other primary element is chromium. It's why stainless steels are sometimes referred to as chromium nickel steels.

I'm a nut case, I admit it. But I keep that stuff on index cards, LOL. What build is in what mod, flavor, resistance, etc.

That's because the resistance of the coil rises, as the coil heats up. It's the nature of SS wire. The resistance rise is exactly why some people find it so much smoother. The resistance of a Kanthal coil remains nearly the same, whether cold or hot. SS doesn't. It's also why many of us who use...

Best thing to do is to learn to work with 'Heat flux' on Steam Engine. Rather than build to a particular resistance, experiment with the heat flux value, until you find a range you like, and build to it. For example: when my battery is at 3.7 volts, I like the heat flux value to be around...

I've never heard of anyone successfully using wool as a wicking material. I'm sure it's been tried, at some point.

Yes, quite a bit lower. I build anywhere between .45 and .3 ohms, depending on the atty. when I build for the Stumpys, with a 24g 316L SS 'Z' coil, I'll go for about .33 ohms. For other attys, like the Hadaly, O-16, where I'm using 26g or 28g SS wire, I'll build between .4 and .45 ohms.

Rayon's ok. I just don't like the process of wicking with it. I'm just so used to cotton, I'm kinda set in my ways, I guess.

I use both, Native Wicks Platinum and Cotton Bacon V2. Whichever one I happen to pick up first. They're about the same. I get a little less waste, for some reason, with the Native Wicks. I did a short stint with rayon recently; but I just seem to prefer cotton. I still have a box of KGD Japanese...

    Mech users unite!!

I got into REO mech squonkers about 3 1/2 years ago, and have never looked back. Prior to that, I used tube mechs; first with genisis tanks, then with drippers. I don't own a regulated mod, and have no plans or desire to. I currently have about a dozen REOs, and a couple Pdib Li'l Pinches.

    Cotton Bacon V2

I switched from Japanese cotton to Cotton Bacon a while back. It works for me. I also like Native Wicks Platinum, maybe a little better even, because I seem to have less waste. With either one, whatever cottony break in taste there is, is gone in a couple puffs.

Yeah, that was it; Pluid. I thought it was awful. But then, even as a kid, I never liked black licorice, and as an adult, I never would have drank absenthe. It's just not a flavor that I like.

Back when that green stuff was popular, I had a sample of it. I thought it was horrible. But lots of people were crazy about it. It was even difficult to get, there was such demand for it. Me...I dumped the small sample I had. I couldn't even vape it. I forgot it's name.

    Shake and Vape ADV?

My 'go to' when I'm traveling, and only want to take one bottle of juice with me: OSDIY Lucky Shot 5% OSDIY Lotta Latte 5% It's pretty much a shake and vape, although even better after 2-3 days. Sometimes, I'll use a little more Lotta Latte, and a little less Lucky Shot. But it's hard to screw...
