    proper filling of cartomizer is important..using a condom and syringe method i find filling a carto is a doodle..blocked the carto's thread end with a condom..insert yr needle/syringe half way up the carto at an angle (30-45 degree) and inject yr e-liquid,watching for tell tale sign of liquid...
