    Why is 18 mg (18 mg of nicotine/mg of e liquid) the standard?

    I smoked a pack a day of Marlboro Menthol Lights for about 20 years. When I started vaping, I assumed I needed 12 mg so that is what I ordered. It was too much for me so I dropped to 6 mg and it is perfect at the moment. It's just different for everyone.

    Mouth ulcers? hacking up brown crap? tell me this is normal????

    I developed an ulcer shortly after I started vaping but it has since gone away. I'm nearing the one month smoke free mark and starting to cough. I'm pretty pleased because that means all the nasty crap in my lungs is coming out.

    My PT2 is hit or miss but I'm really new to this. You might try cleaning and dry burning. It helped mine.
