One Month :)

I am so excited. It's been one month since I've had a cigarette. If not for vaping, it might never have happened. In the meantime, another friend of mine found vaping on their own and quit and I've introduced a couple other friends to it and they are trying. Thanks to everyone here for all their help and encouragement!

You wont believe the change in your health. I've been amazed by the dramatic changes in mine after such a short time. I hate to be too 'Vaping saved my life', sounds melodramatic but still....

I just hit one month last night myself.
I had no intention of quitting analogs when I began to vape, but that last one I had a month ago was AWFUL.
I hadn't had one in a few days prior to that one, but thought I'd try one after dinner one night… blech.
