    out of curiosity have you tried the same number on Canada Post's web site? If you ship anything from Canada and it leaves the country and into custom's from there USPS takes over tracking it, and usually vice versa.

    how far are you normally filling it? Even in it's non mod form if you fill the tank to just under the bottom part of the white condom you will see the reduction of flooding. Also what helps is when filling you press the nozzle of the bottle to a angle and let it drip down the inside tank wall...
