    Yeah, the Manta2 was/is a good atty. But there were improvements that could have been made. Unfortunately, the project was abandoned. Also, there were a couple other attys at the time getting more hype, by a couple wanna be reviewers. The Manta could have been a great atty, with some refining.

    My usual MO is, I buy one, if it appeals to me. If I like it, I get a 2nd. If I like like them, I get a 3rd. I like like both the O-16 and the Hadaly. The only other atty I have 3 of is the Manta2. I probably would have got a 3rd Stumpy; but they were discontinued before I got the chance.

    Ok, I must stop buying attys again. I tend to go overboard when I find ones I like. This week I got another Hadaly and another O-16. I have 3 of each now. That should hold me for awhile.

    I don't mean to be harsh; but if you have to ask if a particular resistance coil is safe to use on a mechanical mod, you don't know enough about battery safety and ohms law to be using mechanical mods.

    The only way to prove it to you is for you to try it. If you have a collection of drip tips, look at the diameters of the bores, and try different ones, on the same atty or tank. See if you notice any differences.

    I only use mechanicals. For me, choosing the drip tip is the final stage in fine tuning my vape. Sometimes a large bore, friction fit tip is appropriate; sometimes not.

    I'm not a super low ohm builder; but I am a direct lung hitter, and the big tips do make a lot of difference.

    I will check it out. I plan to watch a lot of Netflix and Amazon stuff, since I got a new Xbox One for Christmas. The documentary I mentioned caught my eye. I'm glad I watched it. It's an interesting eye opening history lesson. Plus, so far, I suck at Madden football.

    Agreed. The likelihood that you'll lose or break something is inversely proportional to the likelihood that you will have a spare. I think it's one of those Murphy's Laws.

    I tend to be somewhat resistant to change, sometimes. With the standard REO bottles, I know just how hard to squonk them, and how to gauge my juice fills. I like to refill and change batteries at the same time. I'd have to re learn that stuff with different bottles. Weird? Yeah, I guess so.
