    I would imagine there is some type of seam/mark on bottom from molding process but supposedly no SIDE seams where typically bottle would split. He stated no heat weld seam.

    I've seen that modification on the Peko thread and how it helps with button and contact issues. How does that help with the flimsy 'spring' plate on the bottom issue?

    PW I used to take the spare springs from my REOs, cut them in half and wedge in between the bottom plate and top of the Peko "spring". Kept better contact and tension with out having to keep bending the Peko spring back into shape eventually breaking. Just my :2c:
