He's 16 now though.... seems he's got better things to do, most times,...than hang with his dear ol' dad...
I don' blame 'im though... I had better things to do at that age too.
I'm always there when he needs me,....though lately, it seems like he needs me less and less... 'tis a good thing though, I guess. He's becoming more independent. Oh, to be 16 again.....
Speaking of children,.......my boy had a thing this evening.....said it was important to him that I be there.....so I went....it was good.
Now,....back to it!!!

The posi contact is a leaf spring and it snaps in due time.. Seems all 4 of my Pekos wanted to snap at the same time...

I was wondering when you would come around!!
I sold my Pekos to fund my CC. I will say the Pekos served a purpose and great mod at that price point but requires too much fiddling & diddling with fire button, battery contact, the infamous "spring" that renders useless and breaks, etc. I never felt 100% secure when I left the house for the day so I always carried a backup. Until now, the REO was the only mod I owned that was bullet proof and I always knew it would not let me down.
Then along came the CC and .... well... need I say more???

I used to take the spare springs from my REOs, cut them in half and wedge in between the bottom plate and top of the Peko "spring". Kept better contact and tension with out having to keep bending the Peko spring back into shape eventually breaking. Just my
I tried one PEKO. I don't think I even vape a whole bottle through it. Couldn't get over the flexible plastic feel of it. Plus, mine had a strange odor to it, probably from the off-gassing of the plastic stuff. Sold it for a good price though!
On a CC note, anyone else keep removing their atty's top cap and come up with more than they wanted?

I usually dont remove the cap of an atty while on the mod unless it's an easy one like the Hastur or Derringer. I don't want to put undue stress on the 510. I have a cheap Nemmy clone I keep around for that purpose.

I don't do it often, but I've been trying to get the right build on the Thump, so I've been pulling the cap off more than usual. Reminds me, finally nailed a Thump build. Perfect build + perfect CC = perfect vape!!

Never got a Thump. But I think it had more restrictive airflow if I remember right. My favorite is the Stumpy. I'm waiting on another as soon as I find one.

It took me several builds to get the positioning right on the Thump, but I have the flavor and vapor just right at the moment. I do run the AFC wide open, and it works for me. But, I still prefer my Vectors.
im in vape heaven right now. got my stumpy which is my favorite atty sitting on the cc. doesnt get better than that. in my book anyway
