    Definitely seems like too many holes for 80/20. Try a thicker juice and see what happens.

    Yes, they're the stainless. I'm going to order another tank soon, still trying to decide if I'll go with another 25mm and whether or not to get acrylic. I go through about 3ml a day these days, so the 19mm is right on the edge.

    I had the same issue with the Boges and my 30/70 juice. The Smoks from IBTanked have been fine so far. Finch, here's my Provari with a 25mm IBTanked. Based on pics I've seen the 19mm looks nicer, but obviously holds less.

    I use a 306 to test flavors when I DIY my liquids. Cheap and easy to clean. I like to use the longer cannon drip tip.

    Yeah, burnt cartos are the worst. I've only been using a carto tank for a month or so and have had 2 burn on me. Yuck. I only have one tank so far, so I have to be really careful.

    Mostly B&M for me. I have E-cig City about 15min away (no traffic and green lights). Prices are right in line with online retailers and if I ever have a problem I can bring the item back. I too like to see before I buy, and then I want it right away.

    Nah, it's a good question that I only knew the answer from reading about others with the same problem. I do think it's part of the learning curve with tanks. For me it was not enough holes. I'm using 30/70 and I ruined 2 cartos before I figured out I needed 3 moderately sized holes.

    Yeah, with 80/20 I'd think 1 hole would be fine. Try that, or 2 smaller holes.
