    That's a tough question...again, a lot of variables. I smoked about 30 light 100's a day and I'm vaping 9-12 ml. of 12 mgm. Edit to add: I'm retired and spend a lot of time in front of the computer. I'm a woodworker and if I'm busy in the shop I vape a lot less.
