    Thanks for the information Vex321. I would be leery of any vendor, (juice or otherwise), who told me to wait 30 days since this is the normal time frame allowed for charge backs. If you didn't receive your juice after 30 days you would have no protection to fall back on if the vendor refused...

    This has already happened. A popular vendor here told a member their juices were Diacetyl free. The truth came out after the member investigated on her own.

    Absolutely...same here. The supplier would still be making a large profit...even if replacements were sent out three times.
