I started the low carb thing when I quit smoking, (needed to lose 20 pounds anyhow). I have kept it off and do vape some sweet flavors when I crave to avoid the carbs\sugars. :) -

Here is my thoughts... Those folks will never "get it." They know their addictions for what they are..."addictions." They blame nicotine...we know otherwise. There are multiple chemicals involved, (e.g. 4000+). in cigarettes and nicotine is the least of our worries. I am done over there... -

Just want to say....there are some very nice long term members over there. I have received several PM's from them and they welcome us...and the change. They have a fear of speaking up due to a few "negative" members who think they rule the board. -
