Anyway regardless of smoker or non-smoker, the airway will constrict as long as it is smoke. Non-smoker will react much worst bcoz the body is not exposed to the element before. -

True indeed. Much more healthier..... and can spend more on "posion". Honestly, those gadget really look swee.... I saw some vaporiser in US and UK, they even have the butane type. Too bad, it is so restricted locally. -

Haha, I am a newbie too. Desperate to quit, yes. But too desperate on sourcing, nah. I believe the willing parties must feel that you are trustworthy to provide the information willingly. -
how i stop coughing
Either start clean or someone who reduce the nicotine level too quickly. The fastest you quit on nicotine, u will have coughing fits, a lot of phelgm, cold sweats.... have done cold turkey and that is some of the sympthoms.
