If you're not changing air pressure (going up in elevation drastically - living in the mountains or getting in an airplane) they shouldn't leak. It's either a loss of vacuum (not taking care of your rings/over filling), a gunky coil/wick or a low build. I blame all 3 of those on you. You... -

Check the o-ring inside the cap where the chimney goes in. Check the o-rings between the sections. Make sure your wick isn't too low to the airhole. Make sure your wick doesn't need changed. Make sure your coil isn't gunked up. -
