    I ordered these Kanthal Wire Coils, 50 Pack, in 1.7 and 2.5 to tie me over until I get a welder. I figured, I can double up on the 2.5 to hit my sweet spot @ 1.2-1.3, dual coil, single wick if you will. Might help genesis noobs too with the top post hotleg, or recoiling Evods w/o burned rubber...

    It's not rocket science, sure, but it is something that gets easier with practice. Have proper tools (multimeter, etc), something else to vape with while you're doing this, and try to have fun. :)

    No adjustable airflow + screw, no fillport to break, roughly half the price. I still enjoy my 3.1s as well though :) ETA: No collector tank either. (Shorter, but, if you leak, it comes right out the airhole)

    The MVP may not be a good power source to do this. It has a pretty low amp limit, and it won't fire above it in best case scenario. Worst case scenario? Who knows I don't want to find out. 28AWG Kanthal goes best with high amp/discharge IMR batteries in a mech. Stick to 32AWG or 30AWG, and coil...

    Put kick inside the battery tube, use one size smaller battery, fire. (18650 tube = 18490 + kick, 18490 tube= 18350 + kick). ETA: Don't reverse the polarity either, the side with the blue potentiometer is on top, and the kick sits on top of the positive side of the battery if it wasn't clear.

    Size comparison with the P+ 650, and Simplicity 14500. I think the Simplicity 18650 looks and works great. I just wish I have more atomizers that's 20mm.

    20mm diameter might be a turnoff for some people. Most RBAs have 22mm diameter.

    For size comparison. The button has a longer throw but didn't feel any stiffer than the 14500. I'll play with it some more, and adjust it tomorrow.

    It's here! :D So far it feels just like the 14500 one, I'm liking it. Gonna have to adjust the posts for AW IMR later. Using CGR button top in the mean time (fits perfect).
