torching the wick/coil in the cup doesn't seem to work as well for me. IDKY. I've resorted to blowing in the led part of the battery. It's not as efficient but it seems to get things back on track. Hard to see exactly how the coil is glowing backwards in a mirror for spacing and other adjustment...
The unprotected have a slightly airier draw but not much. Other than that, they are all drip protected now and have the same draw. I managed to snap up the last 650 from Smoktek with led before he ran out and it came unprotected. I believe I bought the last one we will ever have.
There were...
Those are good. I like the SmokeTek 2.5ohm (till it's time to rewick ) ones better. Flat tips and for some reason they come apart at the base easier than any other ce4+ I've used. But that would mean separate shipping so do let us know how they work for you.
Echo hardware reviews are...
Let us know. I was a little confused by the description so I'm curious to see what arrives and how it tastes. Are you removing the center tube? So will we have to wait a day or so for silicone curing for a taste test?
I'm not so sure I need prewound. As a tip, double wicks as described are too...
Before I started DIY, I was pretty happy with Northwest Vapor's juice. Mountain Vapor had good juice too. Both sell echo kits with echomizers or the ce4+ type turbo clearomizers. I'd start with the echomizers because once you get used to filling a giant horizontal cartomizer, it's less fiddly...
It depends on your juice but on average a week or two. After that the coil gets gunked. There are many methods of cleaning them. The bases aren't glued to the shell and can be popped off and completely cleaned for a month or so. Here's the simplified method. Trust me. It's easy. I was not a...
You'll get used to it quick. Whatever you get in the kit...single or duals....toss a couple of the others in the cart. The good news is you can keep on using the V2 cartos on the echo battery while you decide what you like best.
Yeah.....my disposable income should probably be disposed of on...
Well...I'm on a new one now till I figure it out and not liking the harsh metallic taste but I'll muscle through. It's already going away after .5ml
I have the ce2/ce4 mod perfected now enough to post a "how to". Takes 2.5ml. I'll post as soon as I go to lowe's to figure out what number o ring...
every thread in the model specific subforum was closed for posting from shortly after I made my last post yesterday to sometime this morning. There was even a post by a mod announcing it but I still think it had to be some sort of accident.
is anyone having problems with these fitting on adapters? I have 4 different 510 to 901 adapters and the threads are too tight for all of them. This completely takes away my ability to dry burn. EPIC fail!
I also am not liking the new wicks. The ones I snip for my ce2/ce4 mods get used in my...
Group Hug!!!!!!! God! I was ready to post my farewell letter.
There was a post declaring this thread is closed to posting please post in the appropriate subforum. I think it was an accident to close all the "appropriate" subforums.
Lulu.....disregard the last PM. I think you got things done.
the results are true. I don't have a load tester so I don't know that voltage over time. My experience is that it had a great kick in the beginning. A steady performance for most of the day and a quick downward spiral at the end. From everything I have learned about regulation, it should have...
1100 mah.
Had I not been tasting and testing a few of my DIY juices, I could have wrapped it all up last night. But it hit 10:00 and between testing juices and keeping up with the experiment, I just wanted to relax or I never could have gotten to sleep. As it was I was still pretty wired for a...
